We all have a unique leadership style that best empowers us to be successful at work but so few of us actually discover what it is as truly leverage it. Authentic Power is the second key in my Abundant Leadership framework and it’s all about discovering your unique leadership blueprint and applying it to your career with intention and unapologetic gusto.
We each have a responsibility to ensure that we are able to perform well by intentionally designing the way we work in a way that works for us instead of feeling stuck in delivery, collaboration and decision-making approaches that hurt our performance and wellbeing.
