I’ve just finished filming Sacred Six: Best Destination Spas in Australia, and I recorded this episode from Alba on the Mornington Peninsula. Alba immediately took me back to my twenties, to visiting thermal spas in Switzerland and realising, very clearly, that this was the world I wanted to write about.
