Chapter 10: Mantras to STOP suffering on a dime.

Sat Jun 21 2025

Listen

These are my go-to mantras whenever I am suffering. We are meaning making machines but when the meaning we make causes us to suffer, well, we aren’t really free. So in this chapter of my podcast, I am sharing the mantras that I’m working with today. My absolute favorite for the last two years now is the Ho’oponopono Prayer; a 4 phrase mantra: I love you, I’m sorry, Please Forgive Me, Thank you. Other mantras I cover are; They don’t know what they don’t know. They will or they won’t. I am. I am what I am. Even this. And, “where are my feet?” PS: I mentioned I did an older episode on this content…well, wouldn’t you know it, I can’t figure out how to un-archive it. :) I’ll update if I figure it out.
