Hibernate & Heal: Microdosing Practices for Winter Integration
Tue Jan 20 2026
Winter is not the season to push, optimize, or fix yourself, it’s the season to listen, soften, and integrate.
In this episode, I come to you straight from the sauna (warm, reflective, and grounded in the medicine of winter!) to share three core practices that support healing during the colder months, especially when microdosing is your primary spiritual and embodied practice.
Inside our culture, we’re taught to control variables, track outcomes, and force consistency. But winter invites something different.
I'll share a little from my own experience as well as stories from those inside the community so you can see how healing deepens when we allow ourselves to move at winter’s pace.
In this episode, we explore three core winter healing practices:
Slow down — honoring rest, reduced output, and nervous system safetyLet it be messy — releasing the need to control every variable or “do it right”Meet yourself exactly where you are — without judgment, comparison, or pressureI'm inviting you to explore practical ways to work with your microdose when energy is low or motivation feels inconsistent and offering gentle encouragement for those feeling behind, tender, or unsure this winter.
This is an invitation to hibernate, not disappear, to heal without forcing growth and to let microdosing support you in listening more deeply to your body, your spirit, and the season itself.
