Have you ever noticed that the things you genuinely want like clarity, consistency, freedom, momentum can suddenly feel heavy or pressured in your body? They feel harder to create?
In this episode, we explore why this isn’t a discipline or motivation issue but often a nervous system memory.
Through a lived somatic experience, I share how the body can associate certain actions with past pressure, judgment or lack of choice and how this shows up today as resistance, procrastination or collapse, even when the desire itself is real.
This is an invitation to move beyond self-blame or forceful energy and begin listening to what your body has been communicating all along.
