In this video, I break down how life actually feels across Southeast Michigan — not which county is “better,” but why people choose one area over another and what those choices mean long-term. From Oakland County to Livingston, Macomb, Wayne, Washtenaw, Monroe, and St. Clair, each part of the region offers a different balance of space, proximity, cost, and lifestyle.
This matters more now than ever. Remote work, rising interest rates, limited inventory, and affordability pressure are pushing buyers into counties they may not have considered five or ten years ago.
