Jason Bailey: Reinvention in a Changing Media World
Tue Feb 03 2026
Central Floridians may remember him as "Buckethead" from radio stations XL 106.7 or Real Radio 104.1. Today, he's "Jason Bailey," and embodies what it means to evolve with purpose.
After more than 30 years as a familiar voice in radio, from Orlando and Atlanta to Sacramento and SiriusXM, Jason reached a crossroads as he approached his 50s. Instead of continuing down the same path, he made the bold decision so many of us dream about: becoming his own boss.
Jason is now the creator of three podcasts, a business entrepreneur, and co-owner of a medical wellness spa with his wife.
In this episode of Reinvention at Any Age, Jason shares why reinvention isn't just possible, but sometimes it's necessary. As he reminds us, "your mental health is way more important than a paycheck."
If you've been feeling stuck or wondering what your next chapter could look like, this conversation is for you. 🎧 Listen now and get inspired to take your next step.
