Well, that was a little bit of an unintentional month off.  I finished the personal training course.. (yay me!) got a cold or two (boo!) and did a bit of travelling about (ooo nice)… but, did I podcast? Nope. This week's episode is LISTEN only - I didn't filming it… but it's an EPIC (if I do say so myself) it's a Behind the Scenes as I do some work to mull through some big changes in my business, how to there's a difference between PLANNING, and DOING.  It's about allowing yourself to have a rest, be inconsistent BUT also thinking about strategy a little bit more, and learning to love what we do again.
