Ep. 103: What 97 Years of Life Teaches You About Death, Love, and Regret w/ Grandma Eileen Snaadt
Mon Dec 22 2025
Ever wonder what is is like to live to nearly 100 years old?
Meet my Grandma, Eileen Snaadt. Grandma is a walking history book, having lived through 16 different presidents, World War II, and many other prominent events over the last 9 decades. Hear how she grew up in rural Iowa dirt poor, riding a horse to school - build ammo and shells for the war effort after class in high school - married my grandpa and maintained a marriage for 71 years, raising 5 children, and how they ran a family mill business through hardship and challenges along the way.
We talk about the biggest problems in society today, how technology is ruining our youth, and her relationship with death after losing most of her peers, friends, and family over the years.
This conversation is not our typical business talk - however I really hope you enjoy hearing her experiences and what 97 years of life has taught her. Some great take aways from this one, I am excited to have this in the catalog for you guys. Let’s go!
