In this episode, I talk about power in a way that most of us were never taught. Not power as winning, not power as proving a point, but power as movement and as growth. As becoming someone a fight can’t even reach.
I share why reacting, defending yourself, and constantly engaging keeps you stuck in the same cycles with the same people. Why it feels exhausting and why it never actually solves anything, even when you’re “right.”
This conversation comes from lived experience, custody battles, legal situations, being scammed and long-standing relational dynamics where someone believed they had leverage. I break down the framework I developed through those moments and how it helped me stop organizing my life around resistance.
We talk about the drama triangle and how easy it is to stay trapped in it, how most power struggles are just different roles in the same pattern and what shifts when you move out of reaction and into authorship of your own life.
