January and February 2026 Festivals

Tue Jan 27 2026

Listen

In this episode, I talk about two different festivals. The first festival I talk about is the Rest Film Festival, which is an online international film festival, happening February 1st to 28th. I talk with Brittney Appleby and Rae Phoenix, both Vancouver based filmmakers. Both of them have films at the Rest Film Festival. The second festival is the PuSh International Festival of Live Performing Arts, which is happening January 22nd to February 8th in Vancouver. I talk with Renae Shadler, who is one of two performers for the dance performance, SKIN. SKIN is an exploration of how dance and disability intersect. If you have any questions or comments, please email me at alison.mira.klein@gmail.com.
