Listen

For the latest episode of the We Lead Well podcast, I interviewed the exceptional Bridget Harrison about making school leadership sustainable; she shares experience from headship and trust director roles to show why boundaries, reflection and trust matter for leaders and pupils. In our conversation we covered clarity of purpose, calm decision-making, intentional communication, the importance of pupil and parent voice, and how strong relationships create healthier school cultures. Practical takeaways include creating conditions where leaders can thrive, prioritising wellbeing and reflection, and embedding purposeful, inclusive routines that support staff and pupils alike.  vicki@weleadwell.co.uk www.weleadwell.co.uk www.headteacherchat.com www.leadershipinschools.uk
