I sat down to record and realized I didn't want to.
I was on my period, low energy, but pushing myself to keep our weekly streak alive.
Cam stopped me and said: "You don't need to do anything ever again."
What unfolded was a raw conversation about the core wound I've been carrying my entire life: sacrificing my natural rhythm to meet others' needs.
