Calm is an emotional state that can disappear when pressure shows up, while containment is a structure that holds steady no matter what’s happening. In this episode, I explain why some people seem steady only when things are easy, while others become stronger when things get hard. The real goal is not just to feel calm, but to build containment that stays solid under pressure. Understanding this difference changes how you show up when challenges hit.
