Season 7 is here! To kick things off, we’re talking all about coaching through the seasons!
I think we can all agree that coaching looks much different in the fall than it does in the spring! In this episode, we’re exploring how our roles as coaches shift throughout the school year and what it really means to coach through the seasons. I share how to respond to shifting teachers’ needs on campus and how to prioritize your goals, no matter what your administration throws at you! You’ll hear the three things coaches need to remember throughout the school year: understanding that teacher morale and support needs shift, embracing the seasonal nature of teaching, and building small steps towards your priorities.
