Geeta’s journey doesn’t start with awards or accolades. It starts with becoming a mother and facing a medical crisis when her son was born with severe food allergies, eczema, asthma, and anaphylaxis. That moment forced her to rebuild her relationship with health, identity, and control, eventually leading her to create Nosh Detox in 2008, a wellness brand that went on to gain global recognition and high-profile clients.
From there, Geeta made a radical pivot: retraining from a lawyer into a health and wellness coach for high-performing professional women. Over the years, she has coached CEOs, founders, and industry leaders through promotions, IPOs, massive exits, and deep personal reinvention, working with names tied to companies like Barclays, UBS, Fidelity, and Impellam, as well as public figures and cultural leaders.
But her work doesn’t stop at individuals.
As Founder & CEO of WCorp Ltd, Geeta now operates at a systemic level, working across Europe, India, and Africa to push for real workplace equity, leadership reform, and institutional accountability. Her activism spans from organizing million-person protests against Brexit to advising organizations on how power, culture, and gender truly function inside modern workplaces.
