On this episode I speak again to Dr. Carrie Murphy. We explore how nervous system regulation and somatics can become assimilated by the Overculture, ask "What’s the problem" guided by The Golden Frequency, highlight the strata of reality which contains all things phenomenal and discuss how to relate to it, as well as engage deep questions about the nature of suffering and reality itself.

Carrie Murphy is a teacher, coach, and Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. In her clinical work she specializes in complex internal medicine cases and life transitions. Her coaching work utilizes the wisdom tradition of Chinese medicine to solve modern problems at work and at home. She teaches nationally at universities, conferences, and in small groups, providing continuing education opportunities to her peers on the subjects of the subtle body, herb-drug safety protocols, and integrative medicine strategy; and to the general public on meditation, the subtle body, and the five elements. Her Substack is called Hello You’re Not Broken.
