This is a deeply personal episode and may have content that people find triggering. However, having experienced a lot of different types of grief this year I feel it is an episode I need to put out there. For those of you experiencing the grief of loss of a loved one, of things that could have been, of new stages in life and what is behind you. It's ok to feel this, and I'm here if you want to talk.
The experience of grief varies from person to person, and today I also talk about the way in which mindfulness and mindful awareness helps me to manage the every day challenges of grief.
