Ep 85: There IS a World Beyond Abuse - with Dr. Simonetta Cavilli
Sat Feb 07 2026
Hello everyone! Today’s topic can be sensitive for some listeners, so please make sure you’re in the right headspace before we begin. This conversation is especially for women who are currently in abusive relationships or who have experienced abuse in the past.
My goal is to share information, understanding, and a message of hope, but please take your time. It’s okay to pause, feel, or step away if needed. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, please call emergency services right away.
Below are trusted resources in Utah and Australia, including crisis lines, shelters, and support services that offer confidential help and options for safety. You are not alone.
