E. 27 - Non-Violent communication Is there such a thing? - Witn Hanna Rotenshtraich

Is there such a thing as 'Non-Violent Communication'?
And if it's possible, then how is it done?
We called the expert, Hanna Rotenshtraich, to help us understand that yes! It's possible, and not even so hard to communicate non-violently.
We think that you'll be surprised to understand how easy this is, and how much we all speak 'violently' to ourselves and others without even being aware that we do.
This episode will help you understand it and how to easily change things around.
It's really not difficult at all.
Here's what Hanna says about herself:
I’m Hanna Rotenshtraich. I’m a Nonviolent Communication (NVC) coach and trainer, and I work mainly with parents and couples who get stuck in recurring conflict, disconnection, or power struggles—especially in the parent–child relationship. I help people move from reacting (anger, shutdown, blame) to connecting: noticing observations vs. interpretations, naming feelings and needs, and making clear, doable requests. My focus is emotional safety at home—so children feel seen and parents feel confident, grounded, and consistent. I translate NVC into very practical tools people can use in real moments, not just in theory.
Emotional safety is built in the small moments: how we listen, repair, and set limits.
I live in the Netherlands, and I coach in 3 languages: Dutch, English and Hebrew.
This is my website: www.hannaconnects.nl
My Instagram account is hannaconnects on Facebook as well.
Next month I’m organising an event, Back to Your Essence, for couples.
