Living at home as an adult gives off ‘I’m lucky to have supportive parents’ but can be a struggle mentally for many. We’re talking maturity vs. money, being “grown” but still treated like a kid, and why some parents see moving out as disrespect while others see it as independence. Is staying home smart—or is it holding us back? And at what age are you actually ready to be on your own?
