Since moving to America, she has wholeheartedly dedicated herself to the pursuit of martial arts, viewing it as a lifelong journey of self-improvement. Currently residing in Michigan, Yana holds the position of Director at the College of Martial Arts, an established martial arts school. She is also a proud member of the Zen Bei Butoku-Kai International.</p><p>This podcast will introduce individuals who help encourage us to find a path toward self-mastery and who embody discipline, structure and balance - fundamental aspects of the martial arts world that fuel her energy and ignite her enthusiasm.</p><br /><hr><p style='color:grey; font-size:0.75em;'> Hosted on Acast.
