Dr. Suzanne Fenske is a board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist and a North American Menopause Society (NAMS) Certified Menopause Practitioner. She is the founder of Tārā MD, an integrative gynecology practice in New York City. With double board certification in OB/GYN and Integrative Medicine, she specializes in complex hormonal conditions, pelvic pain, and comprehensive midlife wellness.
Beth Crosby is a Los Angeles-based actor, writer, and the creative force behind GarbageMom® a viral digital brand with over 1 million followers. She uses her platform to pull back the curtain on the messy realities of midlife and motherhood. Beth is also a seasoned performer whose work spans television, film, and theater, bringing a unique, high-energy perspective to the conversation around aging and female identity.
Dr. Sameena Rahman is a board-certified OB/GYN and a North American Menopause Society (NAMS) Certified Menopause Practitioner based in Chicago. She is the founder of Center for Gynecology and Cosmetics, where she specializes in sexual medicine, menopause management, and vulvar health. A clinical assistant professor at Northwestern University.
