This guest is a woman I felt called to invite into this space.
Reese Sabatini-Blake is a bestselling author, speaker, and holistic mental health expert — but before any title, she is a woman who learned sovereignty early.
As a teenager, Reese became hemiplegic (paralysis on one side of the body) and legally blind.
Her body changed. Her world narrowed. Her future was rewritten overnight. From competitive martial arts to the hospital ward, because of a surgery.
And instead of surrendering her life to a prognosis, she reclaimed it. She walked out of that hospital 8 weeks later.
That chapter became the foundation of her bestselling debut novel, Paralysis: Beating the Odds — and it cracked open a much wider calling. One that would lead her into high-risk social work, indigenous medicine, shamanic training, and a lifelong devotion to helping people heal trauma without numbing, bypassing, or pharmaceutical dependency.
Reese brings a rare fusion of worlds — the rigour of high-risk social services and the ancient wisdom of indigenous healing. She works with women and men who are ready to reclaim their mental and emotional well-being, navigate trauma and neuro-diversity, and embody their truest selves with dignity and power.
Her work is grounded, compassionate, and deeply effective — whether in her group programs or her most transformative 3-, 6-, and 12-month one-on-one containers, where real, lasting change happens.
What drew me to Reese was her certainty.
The way she speaks from lived experience, not theory.
The way she doesn’t ask for permission to name truth.
The way she stands as living proof that trauma does not get the final word.
This conversation is for the woman who has survived something —
and knows there must be more than just coping.
Reese Sabatini-Blake didn’t just beat the odds.
She rewrote them.
