In this final episode of the Embodiment Series, I share the behind-the-scenes truth about a major shift Brad and I made this fall: our decision to leave St. Louis and move to Portland next year — a city I’ve never even been to, but one my body recognized instantly as home.
Through the lens of my undefined Identity Center, Individual circuitry, and months of travel that highlighted what alignment actually feels like, this episode is a real-time look at embodiment, clarity, contrast, and allowing your environment to show you who you become when you stop forcing yourself to fit.
