In this episode, I’m sharing a counterintuitive way to achieve your goals as a mom—one that actually honors the reality of motherhood instead of fighting against it. I share personal examples from my own life—times when my best-laid plans completely fell apart because of kids, health issues, work demands, or pure exhaustion—and how learning to work with those constraints (instead of shaming myself for them) changed everything. I also walk you through the three types of obstacles most moms face—mental, emotional, and situational—and how each one quietly sabotages our goals if we don’t name it.
