2026 Real Estate Market Outlook & Best Book of the Year with Carmen Micsa
Fri Jan 30 2026
Season Three, Episode 127
Join your host, Carmen Micsa, Broker/CEO with Dynamic Real Estate, Inc., and published author, to find out about the 2026 real estate market, as well as finding out about one of the best books of the year.
On this Seeds of Sunshine episode:
Our real estate market is expected to be slightly better than the flat 2025 market, with a 1.2% rise in home values. For buyers, it will be a great year to purchase, and the same for sellers, who will need to continue pricing their homes at market value and keeping them presentable, such as with a fresh coat of paint, new flooring, etc. Sellers are also expected to benefit from more stable prices, lower interest rates, and steadier demand. For landlords, there is an important new law requiring them to provide a working refrigerator for tenants. For an incredible, unique book, I highly recommend The Correspondent by Virginia Evans.
