022 – I never thought I was going to share this, because honestly, I felt embarrassed…

I’m sharing my journey with agoraphobia induced by health/symptom anxiety. Something I have struggled with for the last 2 years. It has impacted my personal life and my brand, but it has also been my greatest catalyst to overcome fear.
In all honestly, I actually thought I’d never share this part of my life, because I have felt quite embarrassed that this was a challenge I’ve been facing, but in order to remove the shame and stigma around this mental health and physical challenge, I decided to record an impromptu episode about it. This is part of me running towards the fear to conquer it head on.
