As the year comes to a close, I’ve been asking myself one question:
What actually needs to be complete before we move into what’s next?
In this milestone 100th episode, I’m sharing why I’m choosing to pause the podcast — not from burnout, but from a deep sense of completion. As one cycle ends and another begins, I talk about the power of letting something finish without dragging it forward out of habit, pressure, or obligation.
