200. Love Letter to My Listeners

Wed Mar 26 2025

Listen

Welcome to the 200th episode of the Pleasure Project podcast! As I celebrate this milestone, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for you, the listener. Over the past two and a half years, podcasting has become a fulfilling way for me to share my insights and experiences, offering tools that may assist you in your personal growth. While this journey has been incredibly rewarding, it has also brought challenges like insecurity and the pressure to perform perfectly. Returning from a recent holiday, I experienced a necessary lull, prompting a reassessment of my priorities, particularly in relation to my family and work commitments. This reflection led me to understand the importance of slowing down and finding balance amidst our busy lives. I recognize that, especially as high achievers, we must carve out time to appreciate the present moment and our loved ones. In this episode, I also introduce my upcoming program, "Activating Time Abundance," designed to help you shift from feelings of time scarcity to experiencing abundance and flow. It’s a timely resource for anyone grappling with the pressures of productivity and stress. Your journey is important, and I hope our discussions resonate with you. Thank you for being part of this incredible journey, and I look forward to sharing more insights in future episodes! Click here to join The Pleasure Project Program
