Y'all, I have had this realization this week that my confidence has disappeared...and I didn't even realize it! Okay, so I kind of felt it dwindling, but this past week, the week of my 29th birthday, I realized that the confidence I worked so hard to build over the past few years has slowly been slipping away. How did I realize this you ask? Through a series of sad days and a really low moment that same week. Those moments lead me to realize that sometimes, we need those low moments to bring us back into our best versions of ourselves.
