We explore what it looks like to define yourself in the midst of challenge, without letting pain, trauma, or shifting roles rewrite your identity. We share our 4C Model: Curiosity, Clarity, Courage, and Community and talk about the importance of anchoring who you are, honoring what you’ve been through, and choosing how you show up even when the ground beneath you has changed.
