Why Your Glow Up Isn’t Working (And How To Actually Do It) With Dr Ewoma

Mon Feb 02 2026

Listen

You can do all the glowing up in the world, but here’s the thing, if you don’t actually trust yourself, none of it means anything. I’ve worked really hard on my self confidence and self assurance over the last few years, and honestly, it’s been way harder than I expected. Even now, there are days where if someone questioned me enough, I’d genuinely start doubting things I know are true. And that’s not because I’m incapable, it’s because I’ve learnt that self belief does not come naturally to most of us, and is something you have to actively build. So today, I want to talk about what a real glow up actually looks like, not just externally, but internally too. This isn’t about being nice to yourself all the time and saying it’s self care, it’s about discipline, boundaries, structure, and self worth, and how those things actually work together in reality. I’m chatting to Dr Ewoma to break this down properly, from building self assurance without losing self awareness, to tightening up your routines, elevating your everyday habits, and yes of course, getting your skincare right without overcomplicating it. + DR EWOMA IG: https://www.instagram.com/drewomaukeleghe/?hl=en TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@skndoctor?lang=en + SIGN UP TO THE WORKING HARD NEWSLETTER: https://graceb.myflodesk.com/k0sfhlac34 + FOLLOW THE PODCAST Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/workinghard...
