Dr Natalie Ashdown, MCC, DPM is one of the Asia-Pacific region’s most senior and respected coaches, with over 20 years of experience working across government, defence, and the private sector. A Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the ICF, Natalie is also a recognised speaker, facilitator, and author, widely known for her commitment to creating lasting cultural change through coaching. She currently serves as Head of Enterprise Solutions – Coaching at IECL, where she partners with organisations to embed coaching as a core leadership capability.
Natalie is the founder and long-time CEO of Open Door Coaching (est. 2003), a pioneer in workplace coaching and coaching-culture development. She is the author of two Amazon best-selling coaching books, including Bring Out Their Best, and her doctoral research delivered ground-breaking insights into how managers develop a coaching mindset and the organisational impact of coach training.
