Doulas: A Lifeline for Expectant and New Parents

Tamar Sebesta, a guest on this episode became a teen mom at 15. She had no idea what to expect when she enrolled in college as the first in her family to pursue a degree. Tamar is passionate about advocacy, she is a public speaker, writer, and podcaster. She uses her voice to uplift others, helping them realize that they too can pursue their dreams. Our next guest speaker Amy Chen is a Senior Attorney at the National Health Law Program (NHelp), where she works on sexual and reproductive rights.
