Ulrika and I have a very centering, loving, nourishing conversation. We talked about trusting yourself and your inner voice. Having a good relationship with your body. Practicing and cultivating wonder for the world and the mysteries we don't know. And most importantly, practices to truly feel good! Ulrika Engman, Certified Somatic Movement and Yoga teacher, Expressive Arts therapist and Halprin Life Art practitioner.  Born in Sweden, lover of nature, movement and art arrived in Los Angles, CA in 1991 to study psychology and dance. In 1995 she graduated from Tamalpa Institute and founded Yoga Journeys, a global travel company specializing in exotic, cultural, spiritual, movement and yoga inspired journeys around the world.  For the past 25 years Ulrika has led over 200 international journeys to Peru, Iceland, Egypt, Greece, Sweden, Croatia, the Galapagos, Belize, Costa Rica, Mexico, the Dolomites and Sardinia, Tahiti, Morocco and more.  Ulrika also leads local Spa Yoga Days in the Napa Valley at Solage resort in Calistoga and teaches annual yoga workshops at Esalen Institute in Big Sur.  You can also find Ulrika on Sunday mornings sharing her yoga practice online when not traveling and leading journeys.  My website is yoga-journeys.com Instagram YogaJourneys
