And the grandfather says, "The one you feed."When host Eric Zimmer was 24 years old, he was homeless and addicted to heroin. He made his way through addiction recovery and figured out how to build a life worth living. Now he pays it forward by helping people to feed their good wolf. Empowered and Unapologetic
Hosted by Veronica Cisneros
You're exhausted.
Not just physically. Emotionally. You're running a household, keeping up with your career, holding the family calendar together, and still somehow managing the grocery list. You're the default parent, the peacekeeper, the one who never stops, even when you should be resting. And somewhere in between the laundry and the late-night emails, you've lost the version of yourself that wasn't running on fumes.
I'm Veronica Cisneros, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, wife, and mom of three. I know what it's like to feel disconnected from your spouse, stuck in silent power struggles over household chores, and torn between excelling in your career and actually enjoying your family. I've been the people-pleaser, the overachiever, the one trying to "hold it all together" while anxiety worked overtime behind the scenes.
On Empowered and Unapologetic, we're ditching the guilt and having the conversations no one's having at the PTA meeting. Here, you'll get real talk and therapist-backed strategies on:
• Navigating marriage when it feels more like a business partnership than a relationship.
• Breaking the cycle of over-functioning and learning to rest without guilt.

Conversations With a Wounded Healer
Hosted by Sarah Buino, Head/Heart Business Therapy
Who's a wounded healer? It's any one of us who works in a caring profession and is bravely doing their own work, while helping others. My goal is to share the parallel journey we as healers walk along with our clients and how we attend to our own humanity while caring for others.
My podcast is about conversations and community building, what we can learn from each other, and how we can help heal each other. We're cultivating a space where we celebrate vulnerability, authenticity and "showing up."
It's a place to meet people I think will inspire you, help you heal and grow – and who you can relate to at the same time.
I'm inspired by C.G. Jung's "wounded healer" concept, where the healer's own hurt that gives the measure of his own power to heal.
Another one of my heroes, Brene Brown, puts it best: "Mindfully practicing authenticity during our most soul-searching struggles is how we invite grace, joy and gratitude into our lives."
Together, I hope this marriage of vulnerability and professionalism will inspire and entertain you...enjoy!

A Millennial Mind
Hosted by Shivani Pau
A Millennial Mind is a podcast about perspective, because when you understand someone’s mind, you understand their world. But we all live with limited data. Our beliefs, experiences, and knowledge are just a few dots. And if you don’t collect enough dots, you can’t connect them and you can’t grow.
That’s why this podcast exists: to gather those dots.
Each episode, I invite experts, thought leaders, and change makers to challenge how I think, on everything from mental health, hormones, and habits to relationships, identity, and success. We bust myths, reframe narratives, and explore what it really takes to shift your mindset. Because when you change your mind, you change your thoughts. And when you change your thoughts, you change your life. So if you’re ready to think differently, welcome to the reimagined A Millennial Mind.

Hosted by Ten Percent Happier

Dan Harris is a fidgety, skeptical journalist who had a panic attack on live national television, which led him to try something he otherwise never would have considered: meditation. He went on to write the bestselling book, 10% Happier. On this show, Dan talks with eminent meditation teachers, top scientists, and even the odd celebrity. Guests include everyone from His Holiness the Dalai Lama to Brené Brown to Karamo from Queer Eye. On some episodes, Dan ventures into the deep end of the pool, covering subjects such as enlightenment and psychedelics. On other episodes, it’s science-based techniques for issues such as anxiety, productivity, and relationships. Dan's approach is seemingly modest, but secretly radical: happiness is a skill you can train, just like working your bicep in the gym. Your progress may be incremental at first, but like any good investment, it compounds over time.

New episodes come out every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for free. Liste
