You'll walk away with deeper insight, practical support, and a sense of community.   Logan's Bio: I'm a paramedic with Fort Qu'Appelle Valley Ambulance Care and a firefighter with Regina Fire & Protective Services. I co-founded Turning Point Apparel, a mental health clothing brand that donates 20% of its profits to suicide prevention. I also helped start the You Matter Foundation to support accessible mental health care and education.
