She speaks publicly about her journey and partners with organizations worldwide, including 5WAVES, Thriving Survivors, Blue Borage, SSTA Aware, AILA, and A Brave Step, to raise awareness and give voice to all survivors.
She lives in the Charlotte, NC, suburbs with her husband, Tom, and their dog, Pepper, and is the proud mother of three adult children.
