there was a bar
Wed Dec 03 2025
This episode is a direct sequel to the season 3 episode 'running from myself'. In it, Addison the bartender wakes up in the Bar of the Collective Unconsciousness (tm), and has a conversation about overextending yourself as an emotional support with her former self.
She then goes into the backroom, where she discovers her predecessor has left her a strange machine.
This episode contains the poems 'and there was a bar, but you don't go there anymore', 'I Wish I Was Pretty', and 'And Warrior, Define 'Home''. All written by me, Bailey Rodfield.
Sound effects come from Freesound.org, and music this episode is all from Kevin McCleod of incompetech.com. Please support both platforms! There is also an edited version of the Cheers TV theme song, and a snippet of the song 'Water', off of the album I made in high school, 'and I hope you have better luck with this than me'. Support the album if you can!
