Make Movement Matter is back for 2026, and with it, a slightly new rhythm.
In this short solo episode, I share how and why the podcast is evolving, what consistency really looks like behind the scenes, and how this new format better fits better with my values around movement and life.
I reflect on why we’re starting back later than usual this year, celebrate reaching Season 7 and starting the third year of the podcast.
