Jules Horn has lived two completely different lives. From an industrial mechanic in a tiny German village to a top fashion model in New York, his life looked perfect from the outside, but behind the scenes he was running on extreme diets, constant pressure, and a desperate need for validation. Eventually his body began to shut down, culminating in a wake-up call that forced him to step away and rebuild his health from the inside out. In this conversation, Jules shares the dark side of the modelling industry, how chasing the “perfect body” left him burnt out and empty, and what actually helped him recover: nervous system regulation, fascia work, and learning how to breathe properly. We explore identity, suppressed emotions, trauma stored in the body, and why real health has nothing to do with pushing harder and everything to do with listening to your body.
