I did a three month pilates experiment where I totally stopped lifting barbells and only did Classical Pilates and Lagree style classes. Why did I do this? Because the girlies on TikTok were saying they got snatched after they stopped weight training and only did pilates...so I did my own experiment! In this episode, I share what my training and body composition has been like since I finished the experiment and got back to my fitness routine.
