Welcome to the intersection of intrapreneurship & personal development.

Imagine a world where there were only entrepreneurs. Sound like utopia? Think again. Let's be honest: a world with only entrepreneurs would be an insane place where no one would want to live...even the entrepreneurs. At least based on how society currently defines entrepreneurship.

When we hear the word “entrepreneur”, we immediately think it means quitting your day job and starting a new business. The maverick mentality. And while that certainly does fall under the umbrella of entrepreneurship, it's so much broader.

Those who choose to remain as part of an organization have just as much opportunity to be entrepreneurial as the person who sets out on their own. Being an employee doesn’t make you a mindless automaton, it means you get to leverage the current framework in place and get right to work being the CEO of your role. In other words, you get to be an intrapreneur
