PRICING, WITHOUT THE GUESSWORK

A free look. A clear quote. Your call.

The demo and public opportunity brief are free. PodPitch is paid software. Get the plan and terms in writing before you buy.

What determines the quote?

Tell the team how many brands or clients you manage, how much outreach you plan to run, and which sending setup and capabilities you need. Ask which usage allowances, managed inboxes, onboarding services, and features your quoted plan includes. The agency demo is a good place to work through a real client's scope.

What are the billing terms?

PodPitch's published comparison pages describe plans billed every 3, 6, or 12 months, with longer terms costing less and unlimited users included. Your written quote and agreement control the actual price, commitment, renewal, and cancellation conditions. Confirm those current terms with the team; this page does not promise month-to-month cancellation.

What is free?

Use the public keyword search and download your starter brief without an account, email address, or card. The live software demonstration is also free. A free demo is not a free software subscription, and booking it does not purchase a plan.

What should I ask on the call?

Ask to see your actual workflow: discovery, personalized drafting, your sending inbox, follow-ups, replies, and reporting. Confirm data coverage, sending allowances, team seats, managed inbox costs, support, setup responsibilities, and any add-ons before making a decision.
