Matthew Bousson (@boussy.vision) is BACK for episode 250 (!!!) of the podcast. What a journey. Since his last appearance he’s moved out of the city and into the Rocky Mountains and completely transformed his body yet again. In this episode we go over tried and true methods of health, performance and longevity. We bust several common myths and flawed thought patterns and bring everything back to the basics. Back to what we discussed the first time we did this in episode 10, and way back to before either of us ever did a podcast.  All of the basic stuff works, works really well, and works forever.
