Episode 125 - Modern Dating & Relationships (A Female Perspective)
Wed Feb 04 2026
This episode features a female perspective on modern dating and relationships. We've addressed some of the changes, struggles and confusion around romantic connections that have been introduced over the last decade or so, mainly with the advancements of technology and social media.
A few other topics discussed:
-Should men outwardly show interest or downplay it like they don't care?
-Can male/female friendships truly be trusted?
-Pros and cons of dating apps
-Is coffee an acceptable first date?
-When he says "We'll just see where this goes.."
-When and how is exclusivity established?
The FB/IG responses were incorporated into the content. We also played a game of "red flag/green flag." (Is it a dealbreaker if he wants to split the bill? Has an embarrassing last name? Wears Crocs with socks?)
Huge thanks to Renee, Krystal and Gina for their time and giving their views on several topics around this subject and to those who contributed content through social media responses.
We are planning to do the male perspective next, then a third episode with everyone involved. Thanks to those who listen! All feedback is welcomed!
