For years, I thought fat loss was about trying harder...
Stricter calories. More discipline. More willpower.
But the thing that changed everything for me had nothing to do with food choices, macros, or cutting anything out.
It was how I was eating.
Same meals.
Same calories.
Very different results.
Less bloating.
More fullness.
Better energy.
And dieting stopped feeling like a fight.
I genuinely wish someone had told me this 20 years ago.
