I hold a Master of Science in Nutrition &amp; Human Performance, am a nationally certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and am an ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Perimenopause coach.&nbsp;I believe deeply in the power of sustainable whole foods nutrition for helping women of every age and season of life to feel better than ever.
