As the seasons shift, so do we. In this episode, I share a check-in on my grief journey and reflect on how the transition into fall mirrors the changes we face in life. Grief often shows up in unexpected ways, especially during new beginnings, and it can leave us feeling unsteady, unsure, or even like we’re losing parts of ourselves.
